Specializing in elder financial abuse litigation, conservatorships, trust and estate administration, and estate and special needs planning
FINANCIAL ABUSE LITIGATION
When an elder or dependent adult suffers financial abuse, we provide case analysis, representation and legal action to stop further abuse and pursue restitution and damages.
We help you plan for what will happen in the event of incapacity and death, work with you on an individual plan that meets your needs and provides security for you and the people you care about, and equip you with the documents and advice you need to carry out your plan.
TRUST AND ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
Being a trustee or estate administrator is a tough and important job. We help you carry out your fiduciary duties by providing advice, representation, and court action in both private and court supervised trusts and probates.
SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS
We help with planning for inheritances, legacies and settlements for people who receive public benefits, including establishing and administering special needs trusts and meeting on-going court supervision requirements.
LONG-TERM CARE PLANNING
Meeting the high cost of long-term care can be daunting. We analyze your needs and resources, and advise you on how Medi-Cal, Medicare, long-term care insurance and VA benefits can help you and your loved ones get needed care.
TRUST AND ESTATE LITIGATION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION
We advise and represent heirs and beneficiaries to determine and assert their rights in probate and trust administration cases in court, arbitration and mediation settings. With effective conflict resolution, court action can often be avoided or curtailed.
